Soil
Treating the soil carefully has become an ever more important issue in the busy Netherlands. The Dutch Law on Soil Protection constitutes the legal framework of this.

There can be many causes for the execution of soil research, at which in case of building activities, redevelopment or a request for an environmental permit, the research has an obligatory nature.

Furthermore research takes place at, for example, the purchasing of a location in order to prevent unexpected future costs as a result of soil pollution. Continual new insights, based on research and practical experiences, see to it that the project leaders of Econsultancy come up with well thought-out interpretations of the policy. A pragmatic tuning between company processes and possible soil sanitation activities becomes possible as a result of this. And of course this applies consequently: the more effective the technique, the cheaper the implementation costs of the soil sanitation.
